Providing innovative training for early career scientists to effectively communicate science and media to the public, professional development skills and techniques, and strategies to build meaningful careers that incorporate engagement and interdisciplinary.

FACULTY OFFERINGS

Workshops for Faculty 

SoGES invites CSU faculty to a two-part workshop designed to help refine research narratives and build confidence in media interviews. Participants will sharpen their messaging with John Calderazzo, then practice on-air scenarios with seasoned journalists, gaining personalized feedback and strategies for effectively engaging public audiences.

Climate Across the Curriculum 

Designed to help instructors and faculty integrate climate research, education, and discussion into classrooms.
