SoGES is proposing an undergraduate major in Global Environmental Sustainability. The SoGES Curriculum Committee has overseen the development of a draft Comprehensive Program Proposal (CPP), that includes a description of the curriculum for the major. This draft proposal has been approved by the SoGES Executive Council is currently being discussed with university leadership and interested colleges and departments. We welcome review and comment from interested faculty and other stakeholders, and are particularly interested in suggestions for additional content and courses that could possibly be included.
