Master’s Sustainability Leadership Fellow Cohort: 2026
Department of Animal Sciences
Research Summary: My graduate work focuses on integrating technologies to make dairy farming safer, more sustainable, and more supportive of the people and animals involved. I am developing bilingual training modules for dairy workers using neuromarketing tools to understand what types of communication best improve safety, work confidence, and job satisfaction. I also evaluate sensor technologies that help farmers monitor dairy cow health and welfare by predicting feeding behavior and identifying disease earlier. By improving both human well-being and animal care, my research helps build dairy systems that are more responsible and resilient for the future.
