Sara Van Hatten is the Director of the Student Sustainability Center in the School of Global Environmental Sustainability. A fourth-year honors student studying Ecosystem Science and Sustainability, with a minor in Global Environmental Sustainability, Sara was born and raised in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and has always felt a natural inclination to act as a steward for the environment. Sara’s interests are deeply tied to the fashion industry and she hopes to work towards integrating the pillars of sustainability into the clothing production process after graduate school in the Spring.
