Director, Student Sustainability Center

Sara Van Hatten was the Director of the Student Sustainability Center in the School of Global Environmental Sustainability from December 2019 to December 2020. She graduated from the CSU Honors Program with a B.S. in Ecosystem Science and Sustainability and a minor in Global Environmental Sustainability.  Born and raised in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Sara has always felt a natural inclination to act as a steward for the environment. Her interests are deeply tied to the fashion industry and she hopes to work towards integrating the pillars of sustainability into the clothing production process after graduate school in the Spring. In her free time, Sara loves to sew and use trash to create Trashion.
