Faculty Profile: Sammy Zahran
Research Focus: Sammy Zahran arrived in Colorado from the George Bush School of Public Service at Texas A&M University, where he completed his post-doctoral training. Since arriving at CSU, Dr. Zahran has published many interdisciplinary articles in fields of demography, economics, epidemiology, environmental planning and science, politics and policy, applied statistics, and toxicology. More recently he has focused on, and will use his fellowship time to meaningfully extend research interests in the demography and social epidemiology of anthropogenic and natural hazards.
