Laura is the full-time Communications and Events Manager at the School of Global Environmental Sustainability (SoGES). In this role, she oversees the School’s event calendar, managing the planning and execution of panels, workshops, and conferences that bring together faculty, students, and community partners to advance interdisciplinary sustainability conversations. She is also in charge of communications for the school and leads the development and implementation of content creation, social media management, and science storytelling. Laura also co-leads the Diana Wall Sustainability Leadership Fellows, and supports the proposal process for Curriculum Innovation awardees.

A proud CSU alumna, Laura earned her B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies in 2009 and a second B.S. in Marketing in 2021 from CSU Global. Before joining SoGES, she worked for six years as an Events Coordinator with the City of Fort Collins, where she gained extensive experience in community-focused programming and large-scale event management.
