Cindy Chang (she/her) has more than 20 years of professional experience leading with purpose to amplify voices and missions for equity and justice. Cindy has a background in nonprofit management and philanthropy, and has a deep passion for the environment, equity, and community. She earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Yale School of Management and a Masters in Environmental Management at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. She also has a B.A. from Tufts University. In her free time, Cindy loves yoga, traveling with her family, and walking her dog multiple times each day.
