These activities are intended for introductory biology labs (they were originally created for Life102). These activities are part of a GMO presentation project that students undergo as part of the biotechnology series of labs. We added additional activities to the project asking students to practice identifying reputable sources and use them to evaluate the risks and benefits of a specific GMO. Students are then lead through an activity evaluating different controversial uses of GMOs related to sustainability topics. This submission includes several documents referenced in the activity.
