We have been awarded a small, internally funded grant to host some network activities at our new Denver campus, CSU SPUR. ANGLES’ intended outcomes from this funding opportunity are to 1) regroup the network to coalesce our thoughts on how we should move forward with graduate student training in higher education (2023-24 year), and if funds are continued, to: 2) pilot a larger skills and aptitudes workshop series for university trainers and graduate students, and 3) extend the availability of these trainings to other institutions, including historically underserved institutions when possible. We were awarded a small pool of funds for this coming academic year to pay for network members to travel to the first of these meetings in Denver, planned for February 19-21, 2024.
